AMBER ERICKSON-HURDLE

FOUNDER/CEO

With over twenty years experience in internal relations with a focus on employees, alumni, fans and members, Amber’s career has laser focused on engaging internal publics. This is why she is now a featured expert in an upper-division college public relations textbook as an employer branding expert, has won multiple business awards, and has been covered in Entrepreneur Magazine, Fortune Magazine, Bloomberg Businessweek, and beyond.

Amber recognized that her team could not serve the number of companies who need employer branding strategies to achieve the outcomes they desire one consulting engagement at a time. So she used her decades of career experience, including her ten plus years of consulting and online learning experience, to create a framework that helps small to medium sized businesses at scale through Employer Brand Central.

Recognizing that not every founder or CEO is willing to offer the trickle-down authority to recognize employees as the heartbeat of any company’s success, Amber built Employer Brand Central exclusively for those who are. Understanding the rippling economic and social impact of boldly living an organization’s culture, attracting top talent, and next-leveling employee engagement is key to reaching company goals. With the help of Employer Brand Central, companies who recognize the mathematics and profitability of a highly engaged employee base can easily implement the EBC tactics to amplify their financial results. With Employer Brand Central, Amber created an opportunity for small to medium sized businesses to play big, and playing BIG is Amber’s favorite.

Amber is now a full-time Floridian, enjoying the Venice sunshine and dog beach year-round. She is a mom to her two adult children, Brittany and Derek, as well as to her Cavapoo, Gibbs. A bourbon and hot wing snob, Amber lives an intentionally active lifestyle and says that “outdoors” is her favorite room of the house.

TOM PARK

CHAIR OF THE BOARD, SENIOR CONSULTANT AND CEO COACH

Tom Park joins Employer Brand Central as the Chair of the Board and Executive Consultant and Coach, leading the M&A Specialty team. Tom is masterful in the mergers and acquisitions space and an expert at turnarounds.

Tom spent a decade with the Walt Disney Company, where he was President of the Disney Stores Worldwide and held executive positions with Disney Consumer Products, including Controller for the $3B consumer products business and Walt Disney Imagineering. During his 12 years at Belkin International, he played a pivotal role in doubling the company's revenue to $1 billion in four and a half years, serving in various executive roles such as President of the Linksys Networking Division, President of the Americas, Chief Operating Officer, and CFO. As President of Kenmore Craftsman Diehard for Sears Holdings, he transformed these iconic American brands, leading Kenmore to debut on Amazon and negotiating the $900 million sale of The Craftsman Brand to Stanley Black & Decker. At Portage Point Partners, Tom provided interim management, performance improvement, and board services to stakeholders in periods of distress, underperformance, and transition. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Howard’s Appliances and has many other notable career achievements.

Tom graduated from Villanova University with a B.S. in Accounting and began his career at Unisys in finance and accounting. He actively contributes to several advisory boards, including the Villanova School of Business. Residing in Los Angeles, Tom enjoys family life with his wife, Lisa Adubato Park, their four children, and one granddaughter.

BRANDI FORBES

CHIEF EXPERIENCE OFFICER, BOARD MEMBER

Brandi brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success to the team with a process-oriented mindset that elevates the customer and employee journey while ensuring operational efficiency and profitability. As a respected communications professional and entrepreneur, Brandi has consistently demonstrated her ability to build and rebuild strong businesses and lead impactful projects, while inspiring teams to achieve their goals.


Brandi’s journey began as a computer instructor at New Horizons CLC, where her passion for helping individuals grow and learn drove her to set company records and mentor other instructors. She then joined Gaylord Entertainment and worked her way to become the Director of Corporate Communications, where she influenced over 8,000 employees, developed the company's first intranet, and managed multi-million dollar projects. During her twelve-year tenure at Gaylord, Brandi earned the trust and respect of C-level executives and became the go-to resource for creating compelling communications, speeches, presentations, and events. Notably, she managed the Grand Re-opening of the Grand Ole Opry House and the Gaylord Opryland Hotel after catastrophic flooding in 2010.

In 2011, Brandi transitioned to entrepreneurship, founding CrossFit Hermitage in Nashville, Tennessee, which was voted “best gym” four years in a row by readers of The Tennessean and won the Best of Hermitage Award in 2023. Despite facing challenges of a government shutdown and a tornado destroying the gym in 2020, Brandi's resilience and dedication enabled her to rebuild and expand the business over the past four years.


Brandi’s academic credentials include a bachelor’s degree in marketing and an MBA from the prestigious Vanderbilt University. She also holds a public-speaking certificate from Dale Carnegie Training and various fitness and nutrition credentials. Her diverse background and extensive experience make her an invaluable addition to Employer Brand Central. Brandi Forbes’s commitment to excellence, strategic vision, and passion for employee engagement align perfectly with Employer Brand Central's mission, and we are confident that her leadership will drive our company to new heights and enhance the experiences of the organizations we serve.

AMY MOSIER

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS 

Amy Mosier is an experienced project manager with a strong background in architecture, planning and construction, which lends itself to her ability to help Employer Brand Central clients create and sustain strategic plans for their employer brands. As the queen of details at EBC, Amy is the tactical integrator to compliment our founder’s visionary, forward-thinking personality.

Amy is a Certified Talent Optimization Consultant and a Certified Velvet Machete Leader, both of which empower her to support our clients in mapping their people strategy to their business strategy, while leading the employer brand in a confident, compassionate way

As a wife and boy mom of two, Amy spends her free time giving swim lessons and is relentlessly supportive to those lucky enough to call her friend. Her ability to proactively prevent problems with care while keeping things light with the perfect meme, gif or reel for the day, Amy is an indispensable part of the Employer Brand Central team.

PAM SAMANIEGO

DIRECTOR OF COACHING

Pam Samaniego is a seasoned executive with extensive coaching experience focused on supporting leaders in
their business acumen, strategic leadership, and performance.

Her career highlights include converting the Gaylord Entertainment-owned Radisson Opryland Hotel to the Inn at Opryland, launching the Opry Backstage Grill with Nashville's singing servers, and leading through the Marriott acquisition of the Gaylord Hotels brand. She was recognized by the American Hotel & Lodging Association Stars of the Industry Awards as the national Large Property General Manager of the Year, achieving a 230 percent increase in retail revenue over the previous year. As General Manager of the Wyndham Dallas Suites and Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham complex, she grew the business through an empowered sales and revenue team, focused on guest satisfaction, and maintained an engaged team aligned with Wyndham's core values and culture.

Needless to say, "Pam Sam" is a tremendous asset to Employer Brand Central clients who have the opportunity to tap into her vast experience and award-winning quest for excellence.

CHRISTINA GILBERT

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO AMBER ERICKSON-HURDLE

Christina is SHRM certified and has experience in human resources and administration. She’s the mama bear of the team, an immediate and invaluable resource for our Employer Brand Central clients, and sets our CEO up for success each day. A master plate spinner and juggler of non-stop crazy, Christina was built to support (and keep up with) a dynamic executive and our treasured customers!
